A comprehensive and highly individualised program for children with autism aged 2 to 6 years, designed to help them develop skills to thrive and be lifelong learners, ready for school and beyond.
A recent peer-reviewed journal article has found that 84% of children showed an acceleration in their rate of learning during their time in the Little Learners program.
The program has also been named a FINALIST in the Best Early Intervention Program award category in the Australian Disability Support Awards.

About Little Learners
- Learning takes place at our warm and welcoming centres that feel very similar to preschool. Teaching can also take place at home, kinder or community.
- Each child receives individualised intervention/education based on their specific needs and goals.
- The program is based on the principles of progressive Applied Behaviour Analysis.
- Learning takes place through a combination of 1:1 and small group sessions in a fun, positive and nurturing environment.
- We work closely with families to develop their child’s unique curriculum.
- Families receive regular guidance and training – our goal is to equip you with relevant skills and strategies to ensure your child thrives.
- We also work collaboratively with educators to support your child when they begin daycare/ kinder and support your child when they transition to big school!

Journal article highlights the significant impact of Little Learners
Key findings in a peer-reviewed article in the Behavioral Interventions Journal include:
- 84% of children showed an acceleration in their rate of learning during their time in our Little Learners early intervention program.
- 52% of children’s learn rate doubled.
- As a group, the children showed significant improvements in their cognitive skills (including non-verbal and verbal cognition) and adaptive behaviours. This means the children learnt many new skills, and these new skills were used in everyday life.
