Shannon Eeles is Autism Partnership’s CEO. Shannon has worked with children with autism and their families for over 20 years. A diagnosis of autism in her family triggered her journey to improving education quality and outcomes for autistic children. Shannon strongly believes that autistic children deserve the opportunity to learn the skills they need to define their own futures.

Ash Farrugia is a Senior Behaviour Consultant at Autism Partnership. She is committed to implementing Universal Protocols (UP) and Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) in Australian schools. With a focus on collaboration, Ash supports staff, families, and students in bridging the gap between evidence-based strategies and practical application. Understanding the challenges of staff shortages and resources, Ash advocates for sustainable solutions that promote meaningful behaviour change across all school environments. Passionate about inclusion, she works to equip schools with the tools and knowledge needed for long-term success.
