Kathleen Franks Head of Research & Curriculum/ Senior Behaviour Consultant / Mentor

Kathleen (CBA, BCBA) is the Head of Research and Curriculum Development at Autism Partnership Australia and a Level 6 credentialed practitioner in Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment. She has worked in Applied Behaviour Analysis since 1998 across Australia and the USA. With degrees in Psychology, Speech and Language, and ABA, she is passionate about empowering autistic individuals through progressive, individualised programs. Kathleen is dedicated to bridging research and practice, ensuring meaningful outcomes in early intervention, home, and school settings. She thrives on mentoring practitioners and developing evidence-based strategies that foster independence, communication, and quality of life for those she supports.
